Our Story
Specialty Air was founded in 1996 by Dave and Erin Standage. Dave, a technician with decades of hands-on HVAC experience, built the company’s reputation on a straightforward conviction — do quality work, be honest, and treat people right. Together, Dave and Erin built a workplace where employees are valued and customers feel like family. Nearly 30 years later, that hasn’t changed. Many of our customers have worked with us for two decades or more. That kind of loyalty is earned one job at a time, and the team at Specialty Air doesn’t take it for granted.
