   Spring 2017 is around the corner, time to get ready for the change in season. There are comfort issues and cost issues.

   Comfort = Relative humidity, air temperature, fresh airflow exchange & quality.

   Cost of energy is managed with = Well maintained equipment, & regular, seasonal preventative maintenance. Hint it is more than a regular filter change. This is where building energy management & allied tools are very benficial. VFD’s, Co2 sensors, economizer. & that can be remotely monitored.
